The main objective of the present study is to prepare an algorithm for choice lane causing minimum delay based on drivers’ perception using a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) method. TODIM (Portuguese acronym Interactive Decision-Making) prospect theory. effect human behavior at toll plaza studied user survey. data required collected by pictorial survey plaza, nearby petrol pumps, and hotels. includes scenarios understand preferences about vehicle composition, number vehicles in queue, changes.
